We offer 3 spacious and functional meeting rooms to facilitate the organization of your seminars (Monday to Friday only).

• 150 € per day / 100 € per half day
• 1 seminar room (capacity 80 people maximum) 350 € per day / 300 € per half day
• Study day package: €51
• Meeting room equipped with wifi, paper board, projection screen, video projector, water on table, coffee welcome, fruit juice, pastries Coffee break in the morning - lunch (starter, main course, dessert, wine and coffee)

Cancellation and Modification of the Service

Any cancellation or request to reschedule the service by the Client must be communicated in writing.

In the event of a cancellation less than 7 business days before the scheduled date of the event, the service will be fully payable, except in cases of duly justified force majeure.

If no written cancellation is received within the above-mentioned timeframe, or if the Client fails to attend on the day of the service, the full amount of the service will be invoiced and payable, in accordance with the accepted quotation.
